After replacing the shaving heads
If you have recently replaced the shaving heads of your Philips shaver with new ones, you may experience mild skin discomfort when shaving with the new heads.
We recommend allowing 21 days for your skin to adapt to the shaving heads. If you experience redness or irritation, consider applying a mild, alcohol-free lotion to soothe your skin after shaving.
