Loved the product. Gave a very good service. Just ran put of battery life. So bought a new one.

I have been using this trimmer for an year now. It's build quality is good.I would recommend it to other users.

One of the indispensables of my personal kit for the past 11 months, would recommend for starters lookin for a reliable trimmer. However performance is not the same now as it was when I bought it about 1 year back. Need clarity on whether running water can be used to clean the interiors of the accesories to remove hair collected. Last but not the least, facility to recharge while trimming would've avoided the cumbersome charging proces and anxiety of running out of battery while styling oneself.

Its a great product both a time saver and money saver I have managed to do the saloon work just by myself its very easy to use as well as quick in learning new techniques 7in1 but whats the 7th part??? i got only 6 and only see the same on the site

The product has many useful attachments and they all does the work perfectly. The quality and design of this product is also good. However, I recommend some improvements to the product. 1. The attachments sit loosly on the stand. It would be better if they fit snugly preventing them falling off. 2. The pin on the main body that connects to the charger is pretty lengthy and slender. It is better to make it shorter and sturdier.

Battery Backup is not at all good.. For 20-25 minutes charging we have to charge it for 8-12 hours.

After Sales service is very very very bad. My precision trimmer net torn out after few use and had very hard time to get a paid replacement. There is a very big gap between service center and customer service. After numerous call and trip to service center, finally had a replacement. Try to sale accessories also with the product, so that customer will be encouraged to buy your products.
