- The campaign will be on up-till 31st Dec 2021.
- The Participant should not be in violation of any laws and regulations in force and the Participant agrees to abide with these Terms and Conditions.
- All prizes will be awarded only after all data has been considered that are eligible for prizes/ Rewards.
- Philips DA reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Program, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Program by another program, whether similar to this Program or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Philips DA decision in this regard shall be final.
- Philips DA reserves the right, at any stage, to disqualify any Partner/ entry without notice to the Partner, including but not limited to, if Philips believes in its sole and unfettered discretion that such Partner violates any law or regulation for the time being in force, infringes upon any third party right or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Philips’ DA decision in this respect will be final and binding on the Partners.
- All decisions of Philips DA regarding running / process / results, of the Program, data selection shall be final and binding on all Partners of this under this Program.
- The prizes/ Rewards cannot be exchanged for money / any other product(s) of the same value.
- Winners must comply with all the Terms & Conditions herein before claiming the prize/ Reward. Philips DA has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to the Terms & Conditions.
- Philips DA retains the exclusive right to change the Program including the mechanics/ rules at any stage during the validity of the Program without any prior notice to the Partners.
- Philips DA reserves the right to alter the Program, add or remove products and gifts from the Program as per circumstances.
- The decision of Philips DA in deciding eligibility of Prizes/Rewards shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained on the same. Any clarification on the Prizes/ Rewards shall be made within 7 days of the receipt of the Prizes/ Reward. No query or correspondence shall be entertained after the expiry of the same.
- By participating in this Program, the Participant/ Partner hereby affirms and declares that the information submitted for this Program is true and agrees to keep Philips DA indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (Including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person. Philips DA shall not go into the merits of such claim by the third party/person but shall deem that such information is infringed and would reserve its right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available.
- These Terms and Conditions (and any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurgaon (Haryana).
