- This is a Breast Cancer Awareness initiative by Philips India Limited and is without warranties by Philips or liability on Philips of any kind. Philips shall not be liable for any instructions, opinions, suggestions, tests, steps etc stated herein or any consequent findings by any individuals/Doctors/Physicians at any point of time.
- The information, contents, opinions, symptoms, signs provided herein are non- exhaustive and purely indicative in nature. Any indication of the general signs and symptoms listed herein do not necessarily indicate Breast Cancer diagnosis or risk and such can only be conclusively determined by a practicing Doctor/Physician. The information provided herein is based on internal surveys, market researches and inputs shared by medical experts and patients and are not conclusive.

The information and content provided hereunder is not be relied upon by any individual/Doctor/Physician as fully comprehensive or error free. Philips does not recommend, suggest, endorse or make any warranties or representations of any kind with regard to the accuracy, completeness or other information provided by or referred to in this initiative.
- By opting for a consultation or screening under this initiative, the individual hereby gives consent to provide his / her personal data and allow Philips India Limited to collect, process, transfer and store his/her personal and private data including telephone no. and Email id. The data is governed as per IT Act/ Data Protection Act.
- Philips is entitled, at its sole discretion or as may be required by law, to amend, modify, suspend, postpone, prepone cancel the screening or any other programme without giving any valid reason or prior notice at any point of time without undertaking any liability. Individual shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications/amendments from time to time and shall be bound by such amended Terms and Conditions. Use of the services by User following such notification constitutes User's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein and as modified.
- Individual/Doctor/Physician shall, at all times, fully indemnify and hold Philips, their officers, directors, agents, employees, and associate companies harmless and free from any and all costs, losses, claims, demands, damages and liabilities, actions including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party and/or penalty imposed due to and/or arising out of breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or violation of any law, rules or regulations and/or the rights of a third party and/or the infringement by individual including, without limitation, copyright and trademark infringement, obscene and/or indecent postings, and on-line defamation, and/or any third party using the Individual 's account, of any intellectual property and/or other right of any person and/or entity.
- All civil and criminal disputes arising out of the said initiative including specific performance and damages any other disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.
- Philips shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the individual by reason of such failure and/or delay as a result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein. Explanation: "Force Majeure Event" means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Philips, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake , explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of Philips hereto which prevents timely fulfilment of obligation of Philips.
- By participating in this initiative, the individual hereby affirms and declares that the information submitted for this program is true to the best of his/her knowledge and agrees to keep Philips indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person. Philips shall not go into the merits of such claim by the third party/person but shall deem that such information is infringed and would reserve its right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available.
- Philips and its agencies are not responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which are void. Philips and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any entry information.
- Individual shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them while entering this initiative.
