Terms and Conditions – Philips Bodygroomer Raffle – Sign up and stand a chance to win a Philips Bodygroomer

1. The campaign will be on from 11th February 2021 – 30th June 2021

2. Winner will receive a Philips Bodygroomer BG1025
 

3. The Partner should not be in violation of any laws and regulations in force and the Partner agrees to abide with these Terms and Conditions.

4. All prizes will be awarded only after all data has been calculated as being eligible for prizes/ Rewards.

5. Philips reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Program, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Program by another program, whether similar to this Program or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Philips decision in this regard shall be final.

6. Philips reserves the right, at any stage, to disqualify any Partner/ entry without notice to the Partner, including but not limited to, if Philips believes in its sole and unfettered discretion that such Partner violates any law or regulation for the time being in force, infringes upon any third party right or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Philips’ decision in this respect will be final and binding on the Partners.

7. All decisions of Philips regarding running / process / results, of the Program, data selection shall be final and binding on all Partners of this under this Program. No appeals and solicitations will be entertained in this regard.

8. The prizes/ Rewards cannot be exchanged for money / any other product(s) of the same value.

9. Winners must comply with all the Terms & Conditions herein before claiming the prize/ Reward. Philips has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to the Terms & Conditions.

10. The Partner/ you shall bear all responsibility and liability for the Program and Philips shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any non-compliance of the Philips or of any of the conditions laid down under these Terms and Conditions.

11. Philips retains the exclusive right to change the Program including the mechanics/ rules at any stage during the validity of the Program without any prior notice to the Partners.

12. Philips reserves the right to alter the Program, add or remove products and gifts from the Program as per circumstances.

13. The decision of Philips in deciding eligibility of Rewards shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained on the same. Any clarification on the offers/ Rewards shall be made within 7 days of the receipt of the offer/ Reward. No query or correspondence shall be entertained after the expiry of the same.

14. Participant/ Partner shall at all times fully indemnify and hold harmless Philips, their officers, directors, agents, and employees, associate companies from any and all costs, losses, claims, demands, damages and liabilities ,actions including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party and/or penalty imposed due to and/or arising out of breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or violation of any law, rules or regulations and/or the rights of a third party and/or the infringement by Participant/ Partner including, without limitation, copyright and trademark infringement, obscene and/or indecent postings, and on-line defamation, and/or any third party using the Participant/ Partner 's account, of any intellectual property and/or other right of any person and/or entity.

15. By participating in this Program, the Participant/ Partner hereby affirms and declares that the information submitted for this Program is true and agrees to keep Philips indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (Including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person. Philips shall not go into the merits of such claim by the third party/person but shall deem that such information is infringed and would reserve its right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available.

16. These Terms and Conditions (and any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurgaon (Haryana).
