Terms & Conditions –

 

1. Offer of 3 years extended warranty and Deep Cleaning Services is applicable only on products purchased between 5th October to 30th November’22 (both dates are inclusive) at authorized retail outlets.

 

2. Offer is valid till stocks last

 

3. Not applicable for online purchase

5. 3-years extended warranty will commence after the completion of 2 years standard warranty period, on the same termsand conditions as applicable for standard warranty. Standard & extended warranty does not cover filter change and anyphysical damage to the product

 

6. The physical card received along with purchase of the product must be presented along with a valid invoice to claim the additional warranty

 

7. Last date to register online is 15th December’22. Products registered post the last date for registration are not eligiblefor the offer.

 

8. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or products.

 

9. Deep cleaning services are valid for only 1(one) year from date of purchase. Missed or unused services cannot be carried forward.

 

10. Any additional deep cleaning services (i.e. More than 2) shall be availed at applicable charges

 

11. Detailed terms related to Deep Cleaning service is as below:

 

    • Air Purifier Deep Cleaning includes as follows -

  1. The Deep cleaning scope covers “Filters, Sensor Particle, Fan Inlet & Outlet”.
  2. To perform deep cleaning, we remove the filters only because the required cleaning can be executed withhelp of necessary tools without deep disassembling of the product.
  3. In an Air purifier, the Cleaning process is defined for every part based on dry and wet cleaning.
  4. In a few specific products, filters can be cleaned by a vacuum cleaner which may impact the hole size ofthe external surface that is normal and does not impact the product performance.
  5. We will do our best effort to clean the product with all the advanced tools & aids, but it may be possibleas a few stain marks, scratches, dirt particles and minor dust accumulated inside the grill cannot beremoved which are permanent.
  6. In a few models where cloth is mounted on the grill, needs extra time to dry. In that case, the servicetechnician can confirm the service is done however it is advisable not to run the equipment until the clothis completely dry.

 

• Deep cleaning service is not part of the standard warranty of the product.

 

• The service is neither transferable nor refundable/exchanged for cash or products once it is purchased & registered.

 

• In the event of any change of address, the consumer shall inform Philips DA Contact Centre in two weeksadvance giving full details of his new address to enable services at the new address. The service at new address will be subject to Philips Service Centre at the new location.

 

• To avail of deep cleaning service consumer need to book a call at Philips Domestic Appliances contact centre.

 

• We provide deep cleaning service by the trained technician from Authorized Philips Service Centre who isequipped with all necessary cleaning tools and aids.

 

• Deep cleaning service can be availed on all working days during normal working hours i.e., 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

• The consumer shall provide reasonable facilities which may be required for carrying out the servicing withoutany hindrance whatsoever.

 

• Deep cleaning includes the basic focus cleaning of a specific part/location, which helps to maintain good performance, efficiency & hygiene.

 

• Deep Cleaning service does not cover any physical or liquid damage, Tampering, replacement of accessories,wear & tear of consumables parts. Any replacement of spares or accessories are chargeable.

 

• Deep cleaning service is purely a cleaning service and it doesn’t cover any repair or service of the defects and malfunctions. For any repair or servicing of the products the consumer shall approach the contact center forservice.

 

• The services are invalid if the product is tampered, modified, or repaired/serviced by an unauthorized person

 

• Deep cleaning service cant be availed for products used for other than domestic use (including but not limited to commercial use).

 

• The company shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control including delay in service due to labour problems, pandemic or epidemic situation, restriction or regulation of the government or if the company is otherwise prevented from performing its function under this contract.

 

• The Company holds the sole right to decide the serviceability of the product and the serviceable location depending upon the technical and commercial feasibility.

 

• Before carrying out the deep cleaning, Philips’s technician will examine the product for any defect or damage and accordingly will notify the consumer and get an acknowledgement.

 

• If the Deep cleaning service is invalid due to a violation of T&C then there will not be any refund for this service.

 

• Courts at Delhi have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
