My Philips Kitchen Device cannot find my home WiFi network

If your Philips Kitchen Device cannot find your WiFi network, find below possible causes and solutions.

There is no light on the WiFi LED of my Philips Air Cooker / Airfryer

This means your Air Cooker or Airfryer are not connected to your home WiFi anymore. You might have changed your home WiFi network and need to set up your appliance again.

Air Cooker:
Start the WiFi set up process by entering Tools → Settings → WiFi Setup on your appliance and follow the on-screen-instructions.

Make sure, your Airfryer is a connected modelHD9280, HD9255, HD9285.
To start the pairing process either long press the temperature down button and follow the instructions in the App, or start the set-up directly from the settings in the NutriU App.

WiFi network not listed

Please try clicking the reload button to refresh the list.

If your network is still not listed, please unplug your Philips Kitchen Device and wait 15 seconds, then re-plug the appliance and try again. 


Connection to a 5GHz network not working

The Airfryers HD9280, HD9255 and Air Cooker NX0960 are equipped with a WiFi-module 802.11 b/g/n with 2,4 GHz band.

If your home WiFi router is configured to a single 5GHz band, try switching to dual-band network mode to enable the 2.4GHz band. Then connect your smartphone to the 2,4 GHz network and follow the steps to set-up your appliance.
