If your shaver suddenly stopped charging or if you have trouble charging your shaver, follow the suggestions below.
Your product may be broken if the steps below do not resolve the issue. Depending on your location, you can book a repair online or visit your local service center.
1. First time charging.
The battery starts charging slowly when you charge your shaver for the first time or after a very long time. It charges gradually to prevent damage to the device. The charging light on your shaver may not flash during the first few hours.
Let your shaver charge for at least two hours, and then recheck the charging status.
2. Try a different power source.
Does your shaver not charge when it is plugged in? Your power outlet might not work. Try using a different outlet to charge it.
3. Use an original charger.
An official charger is designed to use the correct voltage. Using an unofficial charger can cause damage to your shaver. Try charging by using the original charger that came with your shaver.
4. Place it correctly in the SmartClean holder.
If you use the SmartClean holder to charge your shaver, ensure it is placed correctly.
Hold the shaver upside down above the holder.
Make sure the front of the shaver points towards the holder
Tilt the shaver backward
Press down the top cap of the SmartClean holder until you hear a click sound
If you have placed it correctly, you will see a battery charging light flashing on your SmartClean holder.
