When your Philips Induction Cooktop shows error code E5 or E6, this indicates the voltage supply is too high or too low.
Your induction cooktop works on standard voltage supply 220V~240V to ensure the optimum performance and longer product life.
Sometimes, voltage supply can fluctuate, and this could cause error code E5 or E6. If this is the case, the error will disappear after switching the appliance off and on once the voltage supply has stabilized. Please, switch off the induction cooktop and try to switch it off again after a while and see if this solves the problem.

Error E7 on your Philips Induction Cooktop indicates a malfunctioning with the fan.
To solve this, first switch off and unplug the appliance. Then, turn up the product to check the fan ventilation area (the fan is located at reverse side of base). If you notice some fluff is stuck between fan wings, please remove the fluff with help of cotton bud or using a softer object.
Once you see the fan wings are free from fluff then put it back in the right position, plug it in and switch it on. It should now work normally.
