Sub-woofer with amplifier is giving low volume or no volume

Cause: Not all sets are delivered with the default customer setting. When you try to control the volume by software you will experience this problem.

Solution: On the back of the sub-woofer box there is a volume button. Most probably this volume button is set to minimum. Set the button to the middle of the scale.
