What are the storage options for my Philips Home Safety camera?

Supported and unsupported storage options
Supported storage options:
- Micro-SD cards: You can use micro-SD cards with a capacity of up to 128GB to securely store footage locally.
- Cloud storage: You do not need a subscription to use your Philips Home Safety Camera, our premium Cloud Subscription provides secure cloud storage for your camera's images and videos. This way, you can store your footage remotely, which ensures that you will not lose important recordings even if the camera is tampered with or stolen.
- NAS (Network-Attached Storage): Philips Home Safety Cameras are not compatible with NAS.
How to sign up for Cloud Subscription
You can purchase a Cloud Subscription in the Philips Home Safety app. You can do this in the Cloud Subscription segment of your Profile or under Storage Settings, in your device settings.

- Go to “Profile".
- Tap on “Cloud Subscription”.
- Tap on “Upgrade to Premium” OR “Subscriptions”.
- Tap again on “Upgrade to Premium” (if shown).
- Select the Devices you want to link to the subscription.
- Tap on “Subscribe”.
- You will be taken into the Apple Appstore or Google Play store payment environment to complete the subscription.
From Device settings
- Go to “Devices”.
- Tap on settings for the device you want to link to the subscription.
- Tap on storage settings.
- Under Cloud Storage, tap on “Upgrade to Premium”.
- Tap again on “Upgrade to Premium” (if shown).
- Select the devices for your subscription.
- Tap on “Subscribe”.
- You will be taken into the Apple Appstore or Google Play store payment environment to complete the subscription.
