Steam iron

I liked this Iron very much with fine technology and quality but after a year or so it just stopped working and thanks philips for giving it a warranty of 2 years.

the customer service is good, just by giving a call for product complian, the customer service is available to solve the problem

Philips has begun cutting corners in all the possible wrong areas and seem to be incapable of finding sustainable alternatives to deliver service of the product till its usual life that once it was known for. The graduation on the thermostat of my iron vanished and now, it is not possible to find it on the Philips website under product page. Cant imagine how unprofessional Philips has got. This is an indication of dangerous things to come. I am done with Philips and I believe, we have many other small companies making better stuff and supporting with information also. I feel Philips has begun foolig its customers OR are unprofessional now.

I am using this iron from May 2018 and in Mar.2020 the water pump got failed and due to pandamic situation I didn't get support also.
