My hair gets tangled in my Philips Heated Straightening Brush

Before styling your hair with your Philips Heated Straightening Brush, always comb it thoroughly using a normal brush. If your hair already has knots in it, it will get further tangled up in the straightening brush.

If your hair gets tangled in the brush, do not pull it forcefully with your straightening brush. This can break your hair.

Instead, gently release your hair out of the straightening brush. Now use a normal comb to brush through your hair again and make it smooth. Once this is done you can continue styling your hair with your Philips Heated Straightening Brush.
