Its a very good one but...
it doesnt have good sound..ie.sound control is bad.. the volume after going upto 40 doesnt increase though it increases in numbers.

Philips 40" LED TV 40PFL4958 is an amazing full HD TV at budget price
We had always wanted to go for a larger LED TV with full HD function. However, budget was a main constraint. Then we came across Philips LED TV 40PFL4958 and it was 40", full HD. But the clincher was it had a 240 Hz Perfect Motion Rate for this price! It means it has excellent refreshing rate and picture clarity comparable to the higher end models at more expensive budgets. Our hesitation vanished once the Philips service person came who was very prompt and quick with installation. As the price was lower for a 40" full HD TV, we feared the picture quality might be compromised. However, we were pleasantly wrong. The picture quality is no less than any expensive models. In fact, we feel it's superior on many aspects. The black panel is really cool to look at. Another advantage is it has 3 year warranty (you have to register with Philips to avail this). We highly recommend to go for this model.
