Philips has hit a strong note with most of its TV designs for 2013, so the slightly bland deep grey/black rectangle around the 65PFL9708's screen comes as something of a surprise. Fortunately, the design springs into life when you switch it on thanks to the riot of coloured light that suddenly explodes from its left, right and top edges. This is, of course, Philips' unique Ambilight technology in action, using LEDs ranged down the TV's rear sides to produce a colourful aura around the TV's edges that can be set to match with striking accuracy (in terms of colour location and tone) the colour content of the pictures you're watching.

This product is customer friendly. Easy to use. Robust and Sturdy yet elegant and beautiful. Please let me know whether the above said product has been manufactured by M/s Philips. I doubt because, the label on the cover indicates that it was manufactured by M/s Vedeocon.

i have bought philips 32inch lcd for my home.. the picture and sound quality is surprise me..the philips in lcd tv field is upto the mark.truely amazing!!!!!

it was a great experience to use this product but if it has USB movie or full HDMI then its a value for money.......

I have bought this around two years back. My experience is that it is a good product.

I bought this LCD tv a year ago.. its good in performance wise but the features given in the brouchure are not there like surround sound etc... I bought this product esp. for that sound quality only but its missing.. then till date i didn't experience any inconvenience in this product... I trust this company very much thats why i bought this brand..

This is a good Product having good features. In Fact I had 21" color T V which i had bought in 1994 & music system in 1995 of course PHILIPS. Due to no compromise in quality & Good after sales service. kindly increase your Sale & service Centers

I am satisfied with all features of this LCD TV instead of only one feature i.e. surround/turbo sound button in Remote Control has not been working as the feature display in the Product's Box and also shown in the sticker placed on the LCD TV Screen. Otherwise it is realy good product.

I purchased the lcd 5 years back..at that time the lcds were new in the market.. in the last 5 years I havent spent a penny on further maintenance. . Unlike others in my circle who have had to spend thousands repairing their lcds in a matter of 2 to 3 years Acceptable picture quality Now planning to upgrade Will definitely go for Phillips Led now Coz m vry happy with my lcds performance
