Can I get a refund on my Philips Avent breast pump?

The pump is a personal item and non-returnable. All pumps are tested to ensure they provide suction within the parameters. Pumps can be tested at the Quality Assurance Department. Philips Avent will not refund, but will replace a pump deemed faulty during tests.
