This is a normal behaviour when the CHILD LOCK function is switched on, which is to prevent the child from watching the TV.

To cancel the function;

• Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control.
• Press the cursor up/down to select FEATURES and press the cursor left/right.
• Press the cursor up/down to select CHILD LOCK and press the cursor left/right to select OFF.
