What to do when my Philips Avent spout collapses

In the unfortunate event that your Philips Avent spout collapses, your can easily fix it yourself by squeezing the air valve (see below picture) so it becomes unblocked. This will allow air to go though the valve and this prevents the spout from collapsing.
