Poor customer service

The mic of my earphone is not working anymore, it's just been 4 months and it's under warranty period, I tried contacting the customer support, but didn't find any solution. Hence, I am very disappointed with the service.

TAE1126BK has to Much tweeter less bass

TAE1126BK is bad model of philips the sound has so less bass and high tweeter description is all wrong Just get the SHE1505 its the best almost as good as a Iphone earphone in sound quality
