Multimedia Speaker 5.1

I am very proud to purchase this product after thinking more than one year. I am philips audio fan from past 30 years. Used 3 home stereo products before. This model 5190b is great value for the price. I expected a good quality but i got the best quality. The prologic feature is extra-ordinary. The quality of sound it gives is breath-taking. The 5.1 sound from movies also is fantastic.

Enough sound for given space. Few issues re. connecting to multiple devices. But overall performance good at low price.

Product remote got damaged.. looking for new one. Suggest me where can I buy 1

Remote and the buttons on the system have stopped working. Where can fix them ?

Good performance as 5.1 channel. Better Bluetooth connectivity. Disappointed with FM performance, which is very noisy with antenna too. A phone's FM performs better than it.

I have got usb board damaged after buying within a 2 months If we are playing the songs using USB after playing 10 songs it has stopped in middle of the song then it will go to 1st song (or) some random song Till now it will be continuing with the problem what will I do ? Tell me
