Helpless Helpline Service

I have purchased this HTL8120/94 soundbar on 26th October 2021 from dillimall & when I had unboxed it in front of delivery boy and found it was damaged on front bottom radius portion and hdmi & USB are also not working only bluetooth & rca are working. I had called more than 5 times to philips service Helpline in 15days but I didn't get any help from them once sold their useless products they will not care at all we should think before buying this types of products.
