Mixer Grinder

Very Slik design, Less Noise, Less Power Consumption.

The product, I believe I ought to have bought some years earlier

It a value for money, performance is good. Chutney Jar is very small.

I am using this product since two and half year and never had any technical or repairing problem.... Design of this product is really great.... I had already recommended my friends to use this product...I am very satisfy about this product.....

Very strong motor, rarely overheats, and easy reset on the bottom when it does. The steel containers make it difficult to see the progress, but they do not crack or break over time like the plastic ones. The "blades" that connect the motor to the mixer have started to spontaneously break on mine, probably due to poor quality plastic getting brittle with age. I'm not sure it's replaceable which is a disappointment.

The product was initially good and smooth working but after one year the motor sound is very high which is not at all bearable while doing kitchen work. Another issue was its small Jar.. The socket (Boosher) got damaged within one year of time and when called for servicing the engineer told you have to change the Jar. The cost of small Jar was at higher side. Totally unsatisfied with this product. Better to go with some local brand which is having less cost and easily availability of accessories.

I have gone for Philips as i have already used "Philips super silent " model for 9+ years and motor developed vibration noise which i think is ok after 8-9 years bur the simply silent model i purchased now has developed the same problem after 10-11 months and nobody came to attend the complaint even after one month and repeat follow-up after one week .Feel bad to have believed Philips from my earlier experience, now Philips are making cheap quality appliances designed to fail in 10-12 months
