Friendly user and less in noise. Excellent performance by using this product and health wise is also good.

Airfryer works as expected. Fries taste same like we are eating outside and the good part is NO OIL used. I am loving it !!!!

Has inherent defects in the display unit. It has been changed twice in the past one year. Despite careful handling and stabilized voltage inputs, the set totally powered off. Repaired by Philips service centre in Gurgaon who were extremely difficult to deal with, despite various detailed discussions. Despite taking months to repair it the first time, they did not respond the second time when it needed repair. This was a clear case of caveat emptor - let the buyer beware before you buy. I have paid nearly as much for repairs as the original unit. I would never recommend this product as there are several reputed brand air fryers in the market. This purchase has been more of a headache than enjoying the product. And note, I am an electrical engineer by education so I am totally aware of handling electronic equipment and gadgets. Regret that this unit from Philips has changed my outlook towards the Philips brand image, whatever there was.
