Philips has always been in my priority list.. Using various range of products since 1990 & haven't got any complaint.

Product is as per expectations. I am using it for almost one month regularly. It has reheat,defrost and 7 browning levels. I haven't used defrost yet but I used reheat. It does reheat the toast but add some additional crisp. 7 browning levels are very useful as for different personal choices. I get my perfect brown at 4 & 5. I am seeing philips brand in my house & mother's kitchen since childhood. This is a brand I can vouch for.. Thanks philips for continued trust and awesome products

The best design compared to other similar products. Ergonomically designed keeping in mind the day-to-day use. Easy to clean, maintain and very safe in all respects.

I'm really impressed with this modern design. Its neat and simple. Doesn't invoke the feeling of burnt bread in me. I am happy to have made this purchase and this is one the the many electronic devices that helps me in making the morning breakfast in a jiffy.

We have used it for just over 4 weeks and we find find the performance to be very good. The quality of toasts id perfect, brown on the outside and little soft inside.

To find an Electric cord of only 0.8 meters with a 6 Amps Plug top in place of 15 Amps in older ones from a World Class Product and a Company like Philips India (I have been using various products right from 1974. My PHX Color Television of 1986 still working with some minor changes and repairs in spite of remaining in flood waters for a couple of days ) was surprisingly disappointing. With the price tag of INR 2000 in round figures, a cord of about 1.2 mts with a 15 A plug top would have been very conveniently possible. Philips need to reconsider, in my opinion. Else what is the difference between Philips and the Crowd

The product looks nice and modern but,it has manufacturing defects and are being released in the market without any quality control. I have tested two units one in December,2014 and the other in March,2015 and in both the units the browning control was defective and heaters in the middle was not working properly.
