Utterly disappointed with this purchase
I have bought Power bank DLP1710CW at Flipkart (delivered on 6th Oct. 19), since day one it was not getting fully charged although being charged overnight. I overlooked this assuming that this will work fine. However within 1 month of usage this has stopped charging the phone. Now the power bank itself do not get charged beyond 2 out of 4 Led indicator lights even being charged for hours forget about charging the mobile. I am seriously disappointed with the purchase. I have contacted Flipkart, they refused, since 10 days replacement period is over they can not do anything. Please advise how can I get support from Philips since this is under 1 year warranty.
