its very good only that i have not received the pouch for the dryer

I bought this product from Amazon, the warranty period is over. I purchased as it was worldwide voltage & travelling companion. Lately while using the drier heated up & less I know is that fan inside is broken. I sent it to Unique services, Mumbai for repair & they said parts are not available. By the way this is company service centre.

Dear Sir, First I impressed to look at the product and it's asthestics. I have hardly used it for 4 months and it's Fan got broken. Unfortunately we are not getting spares at service centre too. It doesn't have any part code mentioned or available with service centre staff.

I was using this product for more than a year, suddenly the fan came out and its broken. Fan is not available anywhere in Bangalore. Just because of fan not available i was not able to use this product and has to go for another new dryer, this is too bad, philips should maintain proper spare parts for all the products

I have bought hair dryer on flipkart in June 2016 and today while I was using it, while it's still on i heard some sound and switched it off immediately. I saw that the fan inside is broken. Its very annoying that Its just been 2 months and product is damaged. I want my product to be replaced immediately and please take me through the next steps.
