I think this is best in under 1000.

Truly and honestly The cool air function is not like freezer but it is very good as it should be in a hair dryer, Top speed is very hot not only in this but in all hair dryers so It will be very good if you use it on Thermal protection mode. I found it very nice and good. You should go and buy this.
