This product is not working for me. Still struggling

We purchased this product in India . Few weeks ago. Trying very hard to copy CD or Cassette. We purchased this product basically for the RIP function. We had purchased a similar product from one of the other brands recently but that time we overlooked seeing the RIP function. Your technical person who came for servicing a fault in Philips DVD told us about this product and we purchased it assuming that we could use the RIP function. Alas! Not successful
