Faulty Remote
It's been just 2 hours since installation & the remote HOME button isn't functioning. Since I possess a few other Philips products, including my last TV, opting for this TV was a no-brainer, but terribly disappointed on the very 1st day. I expect an immediate replacement of the remote.
Cons
The installation technician is clueless in integrating the Home theater on to the TV.

Product is good but has a major limitation
After few months of usage, Pic quality is good till now. But following are the issues: 1. OS hangs while in amazon/ netflix and if you want to come out of it. 2. The TV keeps showing message regarding the remote that "Alkaline batteries needs replacement" when the battery is brand new. 3. Major flaw - The connected soundbar doesn't work if you've a settop box connected through HDMI port. Surprisingly, the TV doesn't switch the audio from TV audio to soundbar audio if the setup box is connected.
