Unable to operate directly. Worst TV.

Its keep on asking ikulb registration but unable to create it. It is throwing following error message "Details could not be saved. Please check your details as well as internet connection and try again" Service is too bad from philps. No one responds it took almost 4 months for checking the issue by a service guy.
