Quality of TV is not good
I had purchased the item via Flipkart in Oct 2020. When TV was being installed , it was observed by me that quality of TV is poor and it is defective . Later on , I had complaint for replacement , but TV was never replaced . Though even , TV was defective. After , one year TV quality is decorated and at present TV is showing multiple lines on screen .

Issues within 10 months of usage
Got pink lines in screen within 10 months of light usage. Raised support request a month ago and it is yet to be resolved. Now from one line, we got 3 lines. Hope we would get a resolution before it gets completely blank

TV display not working
I'm really disappointed with Philips product where I purchased 5500 series TV in March2021 and all of sudden the display is not working. I trusted the brand but unfortunately it turned out to dissatisfaction.
