3000 seriesLED TV

This is an excellent T.V considering its price, performance and feature. Probably the first television to have 3 HDMI ports and 2 usb ports with usb to usb file copy option.. It also supports MHL.. I wish bezel could have been bit thinner but no complain. Overall excellent product.

why dont we have software update option? also when i play dubbed movie with multi audio its not selectable, why dont we have that option? if its not available then whats the use?

Features like usb, HDMI, mhl, audio out , sound are excellent in this price range but very bad software not easy to use and remote is very confusing (playing a movie from usb is difficult for a normal person if you are a techie then ok) , middle of watching movie if stopped by error or anything u have to forward all the way from beginning to where u stopped, we can't select language in audio while playing movies nowadays movies are coming as single file with multi language, design is so poor looks like old LCD TV with big borders, picture quality (keep 4mtrs distance) even if the movie is hd 1080p from usb, default picture modes and sound modes are useless adjust it according to your taste but that too a difficult task for a normal person (only one easy thing u can do is volume up and down) TV is good with features in this price range, wall mount and stand is good but atleast make the colour matching with TV black TV with aluminium colour stand and wallmount, TV build looks stronger anyway hope Philips will improve software and remote management better but unfortunately no one is buying TV to change every year. ( My suggestion why don't you provide a software update on your site if anyone wants they can update, your TV got that option usb upgrade)
