I love this model. Hats off to you Philips for such a wonderful product. However i have not yet received any warranty card which ensures 3 years of warranty service.

After use of a week almost, I am in love with it. Its simply lovely.

Expected good picture quality and satisfied using it. Heard negatives about sound quality but I think it is appropriate. Overall satisfied with Philips.

After using it from last 03 week, i find that this product is much better then other Full LED Tvs. Nice sound, Design Video quality

It shows spots on face while running jpeg image via USB. Video quality is good.

There are 3 picture formats(4:3, 16:9, Normal). None of these formats suits for movies viewing. 16:9 format just expands the picture horizontally making all objects width more. This particularly spoils the human's body distorted and ugly. The NORMAL mode does nothing more than the 16:9, which is very funny, why this format is included and for what purpose is not clear. The main purpose of the LED TVs with 16:9 format is to show the MOVIEs in full screen making use of the available LED screen size. But this TV model and also other branded company models has the same problem. So we have left with 4:3 format ONLY to watch movie in proper shape without distortion of the objects. Even though movie picture is in proper shape, the picture is of small size, leaving black stripes on all 4 edges. We want this to be corrected. Please let us know how and when you can do this? Is there a product return policy for this kind of stupid technical problems?
