this product have not great picture

As i Said i have a29plf 4938 series led tv. As it show on the manual guide this product is 29 inch but actual product is less than 28 inch Picture quality is very poor when we increase contast,picture shows white sheds.Sound is also not great I am Very Disspoint to brought this product
