Which Philips Avent Grow nipple suits my baby best?

Philips Avent Grow nipples are available in different flow rates from 1 to 4 for your growing baby. Each nipple comes with an age indication to help you get started. Once you start, we recommend you follow your baby's cues, as all babies develop and feed in their own way.

Observe your little one's cues to see if the nipple needs to be changed. If your baby becomes frustrated at mealtimes, you may see your baby suckling hard, then pulling away, crying, and suckling hard again. This may indicate that the milk flows too slowly.

If your baby lets go of the nipple, is spilling milk, is getting too much milk to swallow, or if milk is dripping between your baby's lips and the nipple, the flow rate may be too high. In this case, change to a nipple with a lower flow rate.
