What is the overflow sensor on my Philips soup maker?

Published on 2021-07-04

Overflow sensor is for preventing overflow while making soup. During soup making process, there will be soup foam. Once the foam rises and touches the overflow sensor, the control panel will signal the soup maker to pause. Until the foam goes down, it will continue the process.

As such, the overflow sensor plays a critical role in soup making process. This guareantees the smooth fragrant and texture of soup.
