The jar shown below can be used to prepare rice and dal batters, purees, lassi, milk shakes, dry fruit paste, and wet masalas like onion and tomato paste etc.
This jar is bigger and has a gasket in the lid.
The dry grinding jar
The jar shown below is best to be used for dry grinding rice, dry masalas and chutneys in larger quantities, sugar etc.
This jar is smaller and has no gasket in the lid.
