No picture after connecting my Philips player to my TV

  • The connection between the supplied video cable and the portable player or TV is loose. Ensure the connection is not loose

  • The supplied video cable is not properly inserted. Make sure each end of the supplied video cable is properly inserted

  • The video end of the supplied video cable is not correctly inserted into the portable player or TV. Check that the video end is correctly inserted

Tips: To avoid incorrect connection, please make sure the supplied video cable is connected to the portable player and TV by color matching (Each end of the video cable should be connected to the video jack of the same color)
