I bought this product through FLIPKART, and the next day the personnel from Philips service landed and fitting the sound bar according my requirement, and also according to specificiations. I am very pleased with the clarity of the sound and the entertaintment value - i can feel being enhanced. I am able to play audio soundtracks from so many sources and enjoy the music. However, Philips needed to provide a sound output for headphones too....why?...because I can enjoy the movies and TV programmes in the middle of the night, while everyone around is sound asleep. However, some of you who have purchased this item are right- it is too pricey...I am not sure if I would have considered buying this product at this price range...I was offered an excellent price offer and Blue Ray discs and Hit Movies DVDs along with this soundbar...I am a very happy camper

Easy to sink with any brand, No cluster of wires, Better aesthetics, Better interface

When I needed help with the installing the system to the wall, it was promptly taken care of by the service personnel. However my problem, after three months, it suddenly didn't turn on after 3 months. I was told that the SMPS system was faulty, and they are unable to find the spare parts (?????????!!!!!!!!!- shock#. However, I was advised to get the next model available and I needed to pay extra amount#which I didn't mind)But the delay in getting the new system is so much that you would believe that Philips is even today working like that this was the 1970s. Man, I could imagine the slow and painful days that I spent waiting for the new set - 5151 - and after that it was awesome once again. Throughout however one good thing came out- The service personnel were always polite and kind and professional in their replies...I cant help but the Regional Manager(sales) who throughout was supportive and understanding. Full marks to the service team also..

For the price that we pay, the quality of the equipment is bad. Too many things go wrong leading to the need to go to a service center more often than needed.
