Service quality of philips is very very poor

Bought this product during the FIFA World Cup season of 2018, worked very well for 1.5 months and then it started to make a lot of defective noises, registered a complaint with Philips and it's been more than 2 months now, i havent heard from them.. Such pathetic experience

Defective remote,local service provider awful,installations delayed and poor installation.

The product was sent with defective remote by amazon,Local customer care took two weeks to exchange the defective remote,Installation took another extra week and had to keep on calling the local customer care as well as toll free complaints had very slow response,Installation was done improperly,the product is hanging awfully ,the product was sitting idle for more than two weeks.I would definitely not recommend to anyone one if this is how your going to take care of your customers.
