It stays true to its functionality. There was some leakage near the mug towards the end of the water drainage but it seemed okay.

This product has great looks and features . It has quick heating feature and poweful motor

Nice Product for Average use making black coffee for 4-5 persons.. apart from that it can also be used for warming water

The product is great but the drip function isn't working. The basket after filter having the aroma twister doesn't let go the coffee. The handle from glass jar is needed for pressing it to let go the drink Help me out guys?

I have got this coffee maker and used for few months. Recently some how the glass jug ( carafe) which collects the filtered coffee cracked. I tried to get the spare online and in nearby stores for the same and I couldn’t find one. Even I called the Philips care and requested for a spare part. But was in vain.... The whole machine is of no use without this jug....

I bought this Philips Drip Coffee Maker, HD7431/20 about 1 year back, absolutely DISAPPOINTED with this product. 1. Collection jar is made of Glass, in spite of best precautions, it broke and the spare costed a bomb. 2. The coffee decoction is watery / very very thin and the so much touted aroma is totally missing. One other friend has shared the same problems. Then I bought this local coffee maker which gives fantastic coffee decoction - with the same amount of coffee powder and water along with the mouth-watering aroma. The jar is made of SS, so rugged and does not break. Something is terribly wrong with this product design, please get this fixed.

The product stopped working on the fifth day of purchase. Return to the seller, i.e Amazon India has been initiated.

I love Philips products but this one seems to be a white elephant. I roast and grind my own coffee beans and was shocked to find the machine pass cold water through the grinds in a jiffy. There is no aroma like when I used to pour hot water into my coffee filter and the strength is very low which makes me keep recirculating the coffee through the filter. In addition the instructions are useless, if you follow them, you will have water all over the place. I cannot use it for more than 4 cups unless I'm adding water in instalments. I called up suppand they were clueless too. Coffee connoisseurs should give this gadget a pass. Those who like instant coffee with drinking chocolate sprinkled on top, go for it as you will never make out the difference.
