Useless Product - Huge connectivity issues

Just doesn't connect to the network even if you use different service provider, even if you are in New Delhi, even if you use only 1 sim though phone is dual sim. Customer care is useless - they don't have information, they have poor communication skills, they do not know what to do and provide customers incorrect inputs so that he is harassed further. Philips is jus not responding.
