Satinelle PrestigeWet & Dry epilator

I have been using this epilator for 2 years from 2016-ish; I have either immense patience or am just plain stupid. Anyways I have several issues with this epilator that I have still not been able to resolve. 1) Hair breakage: Somehow I face a lot of hair BREAKAGE and not epilation. I feel it does a little better job when it comes to coarser hairs, but when it comes to fine hairs like on the arms I see hair growing back within the week. 2) Multiple passes: The epilator boasts about a 40% larger epilator head and you would expect that it would remove more hair than an epilator with smaller one. Well it doesn't and infact I have yo probably go over the same patch 5-6 times to achieve a somewhat smooth skin(and praying that that hair is removed from the root and not broken). 3) Short hair fail: Another claim that this epilator removes the shortest hair strand from the root would be an epic fail. This epilator firstly is not able to grasp long hair that easily in the first place and doesn't seem to well with finer hair. So asking this epilator to deal with baby hair I guess is me asking to much of this epilator. 4) Accessories: The only head attachment I LOVE is the shaver head. The massage head just goes all over the place, the brush head is quite abrasive, I have epilator head quite glowing reviews in points 1-3 and the stuff I didn't really care for. 5) After 2 years of use the epilator has started making loud sounds which didn't sound quite normal to me. But when I took the epilator to the servicing center they said it's just fine. I know this review sounds incredibly salty but I have just about had it with this epilator. What I fail to understand is that how a much cheaper epilator can outperform a this PRESTIGE epilator.
