This Product is best in its Class.
Currently I have two Philips consumer product, one is more than 7 years old that is Philips home theater system, model LX 700. Another is Philips blu-ray player, both are running very good now, but only few movie formats is not supporting in my blu-ray player except that my player is excellent. But only I like to complain about your after sales service, after sales service is unbearable and I had an experience with this. They are not able to repair my home theater system when it was malfunctioning, they kept my product for one year and at last they told me it is not repairable. After receiving from them I gave it to a local person and he repaired it. And still its running very good. So my opinion is please look after your after sales service so if you count us as a valuable customer.
