Richer 4K colors, great,but fault in display unit.
This was the lowest priced 27 Inch 4K display when I bought in Jan 2022. Reviews wise, this is a very good Full UHD 4K monitor, but last month (Jan 2024) the display went white. So, it was a fault too soon. I expected it to last atleast 3 to 5 years. The service center placed a replacement request and said the unit would be replaced as it is still under a 3 Yr warranty. The original bought 4K resolution display was replaced by Philips Service Center with a lower res - Max 1080p Full HD display. I discovered this later when the replacement techician was gone, and he also never mentioned that the replacement unit is NOT a Full 4K UHD display. So, replacement wise, a bad experience. Contacted the service center again regarding this and sent them photos. They have now ordered for a correct 4K replacement unit to be dispatched.

We have placed one replace order for our one monitor and we got it replaced but the monitor is not whole new and have placed another monitor replace request for another old monitor but still now not recieved monitor and the customer care contact which was given from your side is not responding the call also
