The AirFree vent makes a massive difference for gas and colic. Keeping the nipple full of milk instead of air means way less burping and fussiness after feeds

The nipple design of this bottle is brilliant because milk only flows when the baby actively drinks, which completely stopped the coughing and choking we experienced with faster-flowing bottles.
