Terms & Conditions:

Philips Kitchen Fiesta contest is promoted by Philips Domestic Appliances India Limited(“Company”).

Contest:

1. On purchase of Philips Kitchen Appliances (“Kitchen Products”) of the Company between 10th September to 30th November 2022 stand a chance to win exciting prizes subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Conditions:

2. The purchase of Kitchen Appliances should be made between 10th September to 30th November 2022.

3. The purchase should be made at authorized retail stores of Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales in the territory of India. This Contest is not valid on purchases made via online websites/e-commerce portals or any other retail outlet except for those mentioned above.

4. In order to participate in the Contest, the Consumers are required to

a. Post a selfie with the product OR a recipe photo/video prepared using the purchased Philips Kitchen appliance on social media (Instagram or Facebook with the product visible in the photo/video

b. Tag both Philips Home Living India (@philipshomelivingindia) and Partner account (Vijay Sales/Croma/Reliance) from where the product was purchased.

c. Use the hashtag # PhilipsKitchenFiesta in the post

d. Make the post’s visibility ‘Public’

e. The last day to participate (Upload a photo/video of the recipe OR a selfie with product) is 30 Nov 2022

5. This Contest is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of the Company, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.

6. After contest closure date, entries with maximum engagement will be contacted to share their invoice copy. (Engagement- Likes + Shares + Comments)

7. Final winners will be selected basis the following conditions: -

Consumer should comply with all the conditions mentioned in point 4 above
Original invoice to be shared as proof of purchase
Posts should be shared on Facebook or Instagram on or before 30th November 2022.
Maximum number of engagements on the posts

8. Top winner one per account from Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales will be entitled to receive a grand prize comprising of Philips Domestic Appliances products worth MRP Rs. 1 Lakh

9. Next 10 winners per account of Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales will be entitled to receive a HL7777/00 Mixer grinder worth MRP Rs. 16995/-.

10. Any unclaimed prize or prize which couldn’t be delivered to the end consumer after 2 attempts of delivery will be forfeited by the Company.

11. Company reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Contest including the Term period of the Contest, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Contest by another Contest, whether similar to this Contest or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Company decision in this regard shall be final.

14. This is a promotional contest and rights under the same are not transferable. The products cannot be exchanged for money or any product(s) of equivalent value or services.

15. All decisions of Company regarding running / process / results, of this Contest, data selection shall be final and binding on all Consumers of this under this Contest. No appeals and solicitations will be entertained in this regard.

16. Any dispute, difference, proceedings or claim of any nature in connection with this Contest shall be subject the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon (Haryana).
