Upon purchase of the select Philips Air Purifier products on which this activity is applicable the Consumer will receive a voucher for assured rewards. To claim their assured rewards, the consumer has to upload their invoice purchase invoice to a specified WhatsApp number.

The Promotion will be announced on the via Point of Sale at various outlets. The details of the Promotion are below:

Every consumer will receive assured rewards on purchase of the relevant Philips Air Purifier SKUs. The Assured Rewards are as follows wherein the customer can redeem from multiple rewards as detailed below.

How to Redeem

Step 1:Customer to send their purchase invoice copy on the WhatsApp No 78298 78294.

Step 2: Post successful verification of your Invoice/Bill, the customer will receive their reward codes along with web link on their registered mobile number within 48 business hours.

The Service Provider to develop, and maintain the technological platforms required for the successful completion of the activity for the duration of the activity.

 

The Service Provider to procure and disburse rewards to the customers as applicable

 

Terms & Conditions for Comprehensive & Preventive Health Checkup

1. This offer entitles the holder for a Comprehensive & Preventive Health Check-up with SRL Diagnostics in select cities of India.
2. One-time date/ time change is allowed. The same can be done by calling on 080 40554858 or mailing on Feedback@bigcity.in at least 48-hours prior to the appointment.
3. In case your location is not covered under the home pickup by the emplaned Diagnostic Centre, in such a case the voucher holder will have to travel to the designated SRL Diagnostic Centre
4. If you fail to re-schedule or cancel your booking within 48-hours of the appointment date or do not show at the venue/ fail to give samples during home pick-up, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed.
5. Cost of travelling to the health centre (if applicable), SMS and call charges while doing the booking or any other cost associated to avail the offer shall be solely borne by the customer.
6. A minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice is required to book an appointment. Walk-in customers will not be entertained at the health centre.

8. If the Customer fails to show up on the date, time of sample home pickup Or during allocated date & time at health centre if applicable, the offer will be forfeited for that part of the promotion at the discretion of the Promoters.
9. In case the Customer does not avail the Promo offer on the date and time informed by the Promoters, the Promoters shall be relieved of its obligation under the Promotion. As such, the Customer will have no claim against the Promoters. In case the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre conducting the Health, Check-up is not available in the Customer’s city of residence, then the Customer shall have to travel to the nearest city where the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre is available at his/her own expenses. All expenses including but not limited to food, travel, stay and lodging or any other miscellaneous expenses will be borne by the Customer only.
10. The Promoters will not be liable to pay/reimburse any such expenses borne by the Customer.
11. Philips and the Company make no representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the Promotion or the laboratory / Diagnostic Centre which is in charge of conducting the Health Check-up under the Promotion.
12. Philips and the Company does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the Health Check-up conducted and reports generated by the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre and shall not be liable to any issues/claim/query arising out of such tests conducted. Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the same and any claim/query pertaining to it, shall be dealt with by the Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre only.
13. Philips and the Company shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Promotion.
14. Philips and the Company shall in no manner whatsoever, be liable for any tests, manner of testing, results, medical conditions etc which may arise due to the Customer availing any rewards under this offer.
15. Philips and the Company shall in no manner whatsoever, be liable for any injuries, medical conditions etc which may arise due to the Customer availing and of the rewards under this offer.
16. Philips and the Company shall not be liable as to the correctness, accuracy etc of the results of the check up and any medical advice that may be given basis the same.
17. Any check-up not covered under this offer shall be at the sole cost of the Customer.
18. Last day to redeem Comprehensive Health Checkup is 12 Feb 2021
19. The Preventive Health Check can be booked after 31 days of completion of Comprehensive Health Checkup. Last day to redeem Preventive Health Check is 23 March 2021
20. If the customer missed comprehensive health checkup appointment, then the preventive health check can be booked after 30 days from the date of comprehensive health checkup date.

Terms and Conditions - 1 Month Cult Fit Subscription Voucher – Rs. 499/-

1. Last date of redemption is 28 Feb 2021
2. Voucher unlocks access on only “cure.fit Live / live.fit” memberships and is not applicable on other products on cure.fit app/website
3. The products are available under the “LIVE” tab only.
4. Once the voucher is unlocked it will appear under “Active Packs / Subscriptions” in your profile section4. Each voucher can be redeemed only once per user.
5. The voucher is applicable to be used in India only.
6. This Voucher does not allow customer to pause the membership
7. Only one voucher can be used at a time and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. The voucher is not transferable and should not be resold or redeemed for cash
9. The voucher cannot be returned under any circumstances.
10. Usage of the voucher shall be subject to acceptance of terms and conditions by the member available on cure.fit app/web.

If customer redeems this reward before redeeming Comprehensive health check up & DocsApp subscription then Comprehensive health check up & DocsApp subscription will be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions for DocsApp Subscription – Rs. 999

1. Last day of redemption is 28th Feb,2021
2. Under the offer the voucher holder can avail unlimited consultations for a period of 1 month and register up to a maximum of 4 family members.
3. Code can be redeemed either on DocsApp App or Web platform only.
4. Codes not valid on medicine orders and lab tests.
5. Code is valid only for Doctor Consultation online through chat or via call depending on speciality and Doctor selected.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per account.
7. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion (“Promotion”) is being held by Philips India Limited (“Philips”). The Code(s)s are being supplied by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (“Company”) along with multiple service providers who have partnered with the Company for the various offers (“Offers”) under this Promotion (“Partners”). Philips, the Company and the Partners shall wherever applicable be referred to as “Promoters”.

8. The customer can book the Cult Fit Subscription after 30 days of the completion of the Comprehensive Health Check Or after 30 days from the date of registration . The Preventive Health Checkup can be booked after 31 days of completion of Comprehensive Health Checkup Subscription. The DocsApp Subscription can be booked after 15 days of the completion of the Comprehensive Health Check Or after 30 days from the date of registration
9. Only invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards. The Store Name, Store Address & Store GST No should be in a printed format.
10. No photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
11. Only the purchases made between 21/09/2020 till 31/12/2020 will be considered for rewards.

17. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or the Company between any Customer/ the Company / the Partners and Philips and they shall not have the authority to bind Philips in any manner whatsoever.
18. The usage of the Code(s) (“Code(s)”) is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Code(s) holder/purchaser (“Customer”). Such conditions need to be followed by the Customer. Customers must comply with all the Terms & Conditions herein before claiming the Offers. Philips has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to the Terms & Conditions.
19. The Customer/ Company / Partners agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Promotion and Offers listed out on (Link to be Updated)

23. Participating venues reserve the right to vary the timings and offer availability. Some venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer. Customers are recommended to call the concierge in advance to check the exact terms of the offer.
24. Each Customer represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Promotion the Customer warrants that all information provided by the Customer regarding the Customer’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
25. Philips or the Company will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Customers who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Philips or the Company will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promotion.
26. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Philips to conduct further Promotions etc.
27. Philips or the Company accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Philips or the Company shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
28. If a Customer is dissatisfied with the Promotion /Offers or the rules and/or any content or any requirements of the same, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion / Offer.
29. Validity of Code(s)/Offers cannot be extended, or new Code(s)s/ Offers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Code(s)s / Offers.
30. Any additional costs to be incurred due to natural calamities, political disturbance, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances shall not be borne by Philips or the Company.
31. If a person chooses to access the Promotion Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own will and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country and India.
32. The participation in the Promotion is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
33. To participate in this Promotion, regular call and message rates apply along with Standard fair usage policy and usage norms set by the respective telecom operator shall apply.
34. A maximum of one Code(s) can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id during the promotion period. If the customer has purchased multiple eligible SKUs in the same invoice, the customer has to register using different mobile number & email id.

37. The Promotion, Code(s)s and Offers are , government regulations and force majeure conditions.
38. This Promotion is available only to qualifying Philips India Ltd. customers only.
39. The reward code will be sent within 2 business days’ post completion of verification of the invoice.
40. All additional taxes that may be incurred in the redemption of the code will be borne by the Customer.
41. Under this Promotion, the Code(s)s are being offered directly by the Company and Philips is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Code(s) and the offers offered with this Code(s).
42. All decisions of Philips regarding the Offer/ winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
43. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion / Offer, including accessing the website, are the responsibility of each Customer. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the Customer telecom operator in their respective circle.
44. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by, Philips and are not limited to, meeting of the Customers‟ requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or noninfringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.
45. Philips reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion / Offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
46. Philips shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Code(s) / Offers.
47. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Philips, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, arising at Philips, Philips reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
48. The Promoters not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer or tablets related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion or any other failure of any nature on part of the Promoters. 49. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Philips which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Philips reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
50. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Philips and the Company (as the case may be) reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Philips suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by a Customer, the Customer agrees to indemnify Philips for those losses, damages and costs.
51. The Company and Philips will have no legal and financial liability on the Promotion / Code(s)/ Offer, unclaimed offer, incentives, Code(s)s, unclaimed Code(s)s etc. during and beyond the applicable periods as mentioned above.
52. The Company and Philips, their clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Code(s)s, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues / services / products.
53. Philips reserves the right at any time to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another promotion, whether similar to this Promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and Philips decision in this regard shall be final.
54. Philips reserves the right, at any stage, to disqualify any Customer without notice, including but not limited to, if Philips believes in its sole and unfettered discretion that such Customer violates any law or regulation for the time being in force, infringes upon any third party right or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Philips’ decision in this respect will be final and binding on the Customers and the Company and the Partners.
55. Customers/ Company / Partners shall bear all responsibility and liability for the Offers and Code(s)s and Philips shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any non-compliance of any of the conditions laid down under these Terms and Conditions.
56. Philips is not in receipt of any personal information under this Promotion whatsoever and all personal information shall be directly shared between the Customer and the Company / Partners.
57. The Company and the Partners agree that they shall ensure strict compliance with all the privacy laws applicable with regard to the personal information of the Customer. The Customer and the Company and the Partners hereby completely and fully indemnify Philips in this regard.
58. The Customers undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Philips to cover the Promotion through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
59. The winners must, at the request of Philips, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Philips using their name and image in promotional material.
60. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Philips at all times. Philips or any person or entity permitted by Philips in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Customer.
61. All material submitted in connection with the Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of the Customers are assigned to Philips upon submission and become the property of Philips exclusively. Philips may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of Philips.
62. The Customers agree that they are sharing their personal information out of their own free will and shall not hold Philips responsible for any misuse or any other use of the information whatsoever by the Company/ Partners providing the services / products.
63. Customers/ Company/ Partners shall at all times fully indemnify and hold harmless Philips, their officers, directors, agents, and employees, associate companies from any and all costs, losses, claims, demands, damages and liabilities, actions including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party and/or penalty imposed due to and/or arising out of breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or violation of any law, rules or regulations and/or the rights of a third party and/or the infringement by Customers/ Company/ Partners including, without limitation, copyright and trademark infringement, obscene and/or indecent postings, and on-line defamation, and/or any third party or of any intellectual property and/or other right of any person and/or entity. 64. Philips reserves the right to, terminate, modify or extend this Promotion, in full or in part at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of Philips will be final and binding regarding this Promotion and the Offers. Philips reserves the right to alter the Promotion, add or remove the products / services without any prior notice.
65. Philips and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of any offer.
66. By entering the Promotion, the Customer hereby releases from and agrees to indemnify Philips and/ or any of its respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
67. Philips and the Company accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, the Company or third parties in relation to the prizes.
68. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Promotion by conducting an illegal act. Customer also undertakes to indemnify Philips and/or the Company and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Philips or the Company on account of such act on the part of the Customer.
69. In consideration of Philips allowing the Customer/s to take part in the Promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Customer/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Philips, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Promotion or related to the Promotion or the prize of the Promotion.
70. Philips does not endorse the quality of any of the services / products being offered by the Company / Partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Company / Partner offering the relevant service / product.
71. By participating in this Promotion / Offer, Customers/ Company/ Partners hereby affirm and declare that the information submitted for this Promotion / Offer is true and agrees to keep Philips indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (Including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person. Philips shall not go into the merits of such claim by the third party/person but shall deem that such information is infringed and would reserve its right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available.
72. Philips and the Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the Promo Offer or the laboratory / Diagnostic Centre /Health Centre / Healthcare Practitioner which is in charge of conducting the Health Check-up / Consultation under the Promo offer.
73. Philips and the Company does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the Health Check-up / Physician Consultation conducted and reports generated by the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre / Health Centre / Healthcare Practitioner and shall not be liable to any issues/claim/query arising out of such tests/consultations conducted. Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre/Health Centres/Healthcare Practitioner shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the same and any claim/query pertaining to it, shall be dealt with by the Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre/Health Centres/Healthcare Practitioner only.
74. Philips and the Company shall in no manner whatsoever, be liable for any injuries, medical conditions etc which may arise due to the Customer availing any reward under this offer including the subscriptions.
