Can I fry Pakora & Puri in it?

Pakoda can be made very easily in Philips Airfryer. Just keep the batter a little thick so that it does not  drip off. Puris do not come out well in an Airfryer because of their high water content.

What is the wattage?

It is 1423 watts which means it consumes almost the same amount of electricity as a normal steam iron at home.

What kind of utensils can be use in an Airfryer?

All utensils that are OTG proof can be safely used in an Airfryer without fear of breakage. However, Philips Airfryer also has 2 multi-purpose accessories that can help you make a variety of dishes.

Can I use aluminium foil in an Airfryer?

Yes. However, it is recommended to not use it for a prolonged period of time.

What can I make in it on a daily basis?

 Philips Airfryer can be used everyday to make dry vegetables (bhindi fry, patal bhaja, brinjal fry, bitter gourd, arbi etc.) as well as roasted/fried meat based dishes (fish fry, chicken tikka, roasted chicken, mutton tikka etc.)

How to clean the outside and inside of your airfryer?

  1. Clean the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth
  2. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a soft sponge
  3. If necessary, food residues stuck to the heating element can be removed with a soft to medium bristle brush.
    Important: Do not use a steel wire brush or a hard bristle brush, as this might damage the coating on the heating element.
  4. Clean the heating element with a soft to medium bristle brush
  5. Afterwards dry the heating element with paper towels.
