Continuously improve departmental performance to help more patients in resource-bound institution.


Objective


Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in CT workflow and protocol usage through data analysis. Creating a stable environment where there is room for flexibility, while improving patient satisfaction.


Method


Standardize the CT protocol library and CT equipment workflows to minimize variability and allow flexible use of available resources. Measuring patient satisfaction through surveys, while implementing the resolutions.


Outcome


Rarely used and duplicate CT protocols will be clearly identified and re-based against standardized protocol library. Implemented standard CT room workflows will help staff deliver same quality of care and experience to patients.


Impact


Envision to improve flexibility of room and staff use, with reduced variability in departmental KPIs and increased patient satisfaction.
